How it went
The recruiter seemed disengaged throughout the process and was not very familiar with the role, making it difficult to have a meaningful conversation about the position or my relevant experience. After completing the interview, I never received any follow-up or status update despite my continued interest. A more knowledgeable recruiting process and basic communication with candidates would significantly improve the experience.
