I interviewed for a Biospecimen Project Manager position and was disappointed with the overall candidate experience. The recruiter seemed disengaged throughout the process and was not very familiar with the role, making it difficult to have a meaningful conversation about the position or my relevant experience. After completing the interview, I never received any follow-up or status update despite my continued interest. A more knowledgeable recruiting process and basic communication with candidates would significantly improve the experience.
