There was only one interview round which seemed like a good thing, but in hindsight, they hired in droves. Also, based on my experience and others who were hired at the same time I was, they were unclear about the roles we were accepting. Most of us were interviewing and negotiating salaries for one department but placed in another department because of the business need. Aside from the lack of transparency, interview process was pretty straight forward.
