Reviews

Are reviews anonymous?: Yes. A review shows the role, department and date, never your name or account. Admins can see the underlying account only when investigating a report. (Discussion posts use a pseudonym that is unique to each company.)
Can I edit a review after submitting?: Yes. Go to your dashboard, find the review, and click Edit. The card will show an Edited badge after you save.
What happens if my review gets reported?: After three unique reports, the review is auto-flagged and hidden from public view pending admin moderation. We restore reviews that don't violate the guidelines.
Why was my review removed?: We remove content that violates the community guidelines: personal attacks, unverifiable claims about specific people, or content flagged by our moderation system. Email us if you think it was a mistake.

What does Pro include?: Unlimited saves and tracker items, Watchlist Alerts on your saved companies, and priority support. Salary data on reviews is free: just sign in.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro AI?: Pro AI is Pro plus the AI Interview Coach and AI Salary Negotiator. If you just want unlimited tracking and alerts, Pro is plenty.
How do I cancel?: Go to /settings, click Manage Billing, and choose Cancel subscription. We redirect you to our billing partner Polar to confirm.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?: Nothing. Your reviews, saved companies, and tracker items stay. You just hit the Free limits again until you re-upgrade.
Can I get a refund?: Polar handles refunds case-by-case. Email us with your order ID and we'll forward it.

Which AI features require Pro AI?: AI Interview Coach, AI Salary Negotiator, and AI Cheat Sheet generation. Ask AI has a free 3-question-per-day tier; Pro AI gets unlimited.
Which AI model is being used?: We route through Anthropic, DeepSeek, or Google Gemini depending on the surface and current configuration. Cost and quality are tuned per surface.
Are my AI conversations private?: Sessions are stored under row-level security tied to your account. No other user (including admins outside of moderation contexts) sees them.

Account

How do I delete my account?: Open your Clerk profile from /settings, scroll to Delete Account. We cascade-delete your reviews, votes, saved companies, and tracker items. Polar handles your billing record separately.
I forgot my password.: Use the Reset link on /sign-in. If you signed up with Google or another social provider, sign in with that instead.
